Lovely hotel. Fantastic situation, convenient for the main tourist attractions. Easy from the airport, get the airport bus, 5 minutes walk.

Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, lovely chill out area in courtyard. Bed was too hard, had to pay for tea/coffee in room where most hotels provide tea/coffee as complimentary, Restaurant only open until 5.30pm although there is a bar menu until 11pm

Charged for everything extra i.e coffee in the room, tv etc. Swimming pool shut on first day and then dead bird on decking and maintenance being carried out, dirty pool and dusty footprints on decking. 2 consecutive days there were functions into the evening so bar and seating area not available. Breakfast appalling sausages and bacon must have either been boiled or microwaved as there was absolutely no colour to them. Sausages the size of childrens cocktail ones and 1 button mushroom. Good location 1 minute walk from Gothic Cathedral and bars.

Excellent Hotel, which was perfect for our recent weekend break - excellent breakfast, plenty of choice; wonderful bedroom; bar lovely and reasonably priced. Faultless.

The location was excellent close to hop on hop off bus and in walking distance of sights and shopping areas .The room was cosy and had all the facilities . The breakfast was excellent really enjoyed our stay !

The rooms were very warm so turn down the thermostat. We had trouble finding the hotel because we walked from the bus, there should be better directions online.
