disappointed with room and breakfast

As we cycled to Barcelona from Tarragona, the Hotels location made it easy to locate, no warren of back streets to navigate. Very classy reception area and pleased to say they didn't stop the spendind there, my room was large, airy,stylishly furnished and decorated and with a balcony overlooking the marina. A short walk from Las Ramblas, though why one would want to tread that particular path is a mystery to me, hawkers and badly dressed tourists.

The hotel has a great location infront of the Marina and beside La Rambla. The staff are kind and helpful. The only thing is that some rooms are so small and the sheets and towels are over used.

Was allocated room 14 on 1st floor, this had no window, glass door into inner courtyard which we could not leave open for security reasons.Room dark and claustophobic.

Smart, small, hotel. Great position with a terrace overlooking marina easy walking to gothic quarter, La Rambla,and to loads of bars and restaurants.
