Our Review

Excellent modern designer hotel with an ideal central location next to the Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Rooms are very modern, stylish with unique designer touches. While rooms might not be big by international standards, they are bigger than most in Barcelona. High standards of service and decor put the Jazz hotel at the top of its category.

Very helpful staff.... the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful... really helpful staff.... service was overall good... communication between the restaurant and the reception at breakfast was not good.... lovely helpful staff at all times.... hotel staff recommended and made reservations for 2 restaurants that were fantastic.... Staff spoke good english... One receptionist was a little surly... staff were helpful and courteous,... helpful and courteous... helpful staff... staff are helpful but a bit distant.... Clean and friendly... friendly helpful staff ... extremely competent and helpful reception staff who speak excellent English...
