If it's location you are looking for, the Rivoli Ramblas is difficult to beat. The hotel is on the Ramblas in the very centre of Barcelona - the perfect location for a city break. Rooms are bigger than most in Barcelona and breakfast is a good hot and cold buffet.

For those travellers seeking a hotel on Las Ramblas itself the Rivoli Ramblas is ideal, located towards the top end, about 3 minutes' walk from Plaza Catalunya (where the airport bus arrives and departs). It's a great location as you are only a short walk from some of Barcelona's key attractions such as the Liceu Theatre, Barcelona Cathedral and the Gothic Quarter. Las Ramblas itself is a busy pedestrian street and will lead you right down to the port area where you will find a good selection of outdoor fish restaurants. The closest metros are Liceu and Catalunya (both about 3 minutes' walk). A taxi from the airport (El Prat) will take 20-25 minutes and drop you right opposite the hotel.
